By default, Spam filtering is enabled and all mail determined by our advanced filtering system to be 'spam' is placed into a folder called 'Caught-Spam' that can be accessed via WebMail.

The advantage to this system is that you do not have to download large amounts of mail, hog up your bandwidth only to find it's all spam, or constantly get the 'new mail' alert, only to be disappointed by the constant arrival of spam.

The disavantage, however, is that in order to review any caught spam, you must use WebMail. This tutorial will show you how to easily download ALL of your mail (normal mail AND spam) and filter it into a special folder in your Outlook Express.
